Here is my thought hopefully you would like it.
There are so many activities we should not be doing; the most important thing is never ever discourage any one. What ever you say you never know how much meant to the person whom you are discouraging,if your heart does not allow to appreciate someone no need to say good in front of any one but at least you should not say to that person you are not good at something you can share your thoughts, give some positive feedback on that work.
Actually when you discourage someone two natural activities happen. it could be fear or confidence, as we all know fear is not good for intellectual power every day person will live with fears, he or she will be scared of doing that activity. It’s not like person lost his intellectual power but he lost his confidence, he thinks a lot before doing such task because of fear, he or she will think ohhhh some guys are gonna make fun of me on this.
Criticizing some one is not too bad because criticizer wants it perfect so it’s like input for you if you take it positive but laughing, creating fear and knock down etc are not good for any one.
Why I am telling all these stuff because you never know what could happen to person whom you are demolishing, he or she can destroy his life, for example everybody must have watched 3 idiots movie in this movie one guy hanged himself in fan because he was demolished, his work was not criticized but what was said to him you did not do anything ….. See the result of that….
So please never ever laugh at someone even he or she not as good as you, tell him how to be like you, how to behave how to talk etc. this kind of attitude will make you good person.
